We aim to provide a prompt and timely service. We will provide a courtesy call to customers within 24 hours of your arranged pick up time (outward journeys) to confirm your booking and pick up time.

Drivers will message customers on their supplied contact mobile number (on return journeys to the UK). Drivers will text customers to confirm pick up point and to ask you to confirm when you are ready to come out of the terminal and make your way to the stated pick up point for your airport and/or terminal. Should for any reason your contact details or mobile change, please email: northwirralairporttransfers@gmail.com or phone 07956-726614 with those changes. Please remember to on turn your mobile on when you land in the UK as our drivers WILL NOT park up and come into the terminal in the hopes of finding you because your mobile isnt working, the number isn't correct, or your mobile isn't turned on. If for any reason your supplied mobile number is not working upon your return to the UK, please contact us ASAP on your return to the UK. Our drivers will always wait for a minimum of one hour from your landing. Please try to contact us within that hour to ensure your driver is aware and pickup can be arranged between you and your driver. For any customer requiring a driver to do a Meet and Greet inside the terminal, we offer a prebooked service for 20GBP plus any additional parking charges beyond 0.5 hours.

Where customers provide a return flight number, we can track your flight (based on available information on the return day provided) to pick you up if your flight should be early or late. Where flights are delayed more than two hours, we will always endeavor to provide a rescheduled service at the earliest convenience, if possible, where the customer provides us with updated flight information and departure times prior to their booking. Where we do not receive this information from the customer, due to any flight delays over two hours, then we may at our discretion, CANCEL your booking. Where customers provide incorrect return times (ie: their departure time and/or date from the incoming airports rather than arrival time in the UK) or flight numbers - We will do our upmost to honour the booking for the actual landing time/date but in some circumstances, we reserve the right to CANCEL your booking due to preexisting bookings. Delays in providing a vehicle due to road traffic accidents, motorway traffic, breakdowns and any incorrect third party flight information are beyond our control and where the vehicle is unable to reach you in a timely manner, we will send another vehicle as soon as is practicable on confirmation from the customer.

Car Seats - We DO NOT store or manage car seats under any circumstances. Licensed Operators and Vehicles, like aircraft, DO NOT require car seats by law. Children under two can be carried in an adult's arms and children under 14 can use the seatbelts without booster seats. Any car seat taken in a vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the customer to take with them upon alighting. Our drivers may have a pickup immediately following your booking and space for your car seat in the vehicle cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.

John Lennon Airport - All pick ups and drop offs will be made via the express pick up/drop off car park unless otherwise requested by the customer. The current car park charge , 5.00 GBP, is included in the price and is inclusive of 10 minutes waiting time or less. Our drivers will normally wait for the customer to confirm by text that they are waiting by the blue shelter adjacent the car park for the driver. This helps us to keep unnecessary car parking charges to you to a minimum. Where requested by the customer, we will use the free drop off/pick up car park which is located a short 8-10 minutes walk away from the terminal. If the customer requests the use of the free car park then the current car parking charge will be waived on pick up and drop offs.

Manchester Airport - Terminal One - We currently pick up all customers at the ground level of the multistory car park directly opposite the terminal exit. We confirm by text, on the day of the pick up, when you have your luggage and are on your way out of the terminal. We will then meet you at the ground level of the multistory ca park and pick you up. From June 2018 there is a 5GBP drop off and 6 GBP (per 1/2 hour) pick up charge at Manchester Airport for all customers not requesting the free shuttle bus car park.

Manchester Airport - Terminal Two - We currently pick up all customers on the ground level of T2 West multistory car park. There is currently a charge for all pick ups and drop off at Terminal Two inclusive of 1/2 hour waiting time in the multistory car park. We confirm by text, on the day of the pick up, when you have your luggage and are on your way out of the terminal. We will then meet you at the ground level of the multistory ca park and pick you up. From June 2018 there is a 5.00 GBP drop off and 6.20 GBP (per 1/4 hour) pick up charge at Manchester Airport for all customers not requesting the free shuttle bus car park.

Manchester Airport - Terminal Three - We currently drop off all customers outside Terminal Three. All pick ups are made on level two of the multistory car park opposite the terminal exit. We confirm by text, on the day of the pick up, when you have your luggage and are on your way out of the terminal. We will then meet you on level two of the multistory car park and pick you up. From June 2018 there is a 5.00 GBP drop off and 6.20 GBP (per 1/4 hour) pick up charge at Manchester Airport for all customers not requesting the free shuttle bus car park.

Airport pickups will receive 1 hour free waiting time from the time the plane lands (additional waiting time of 40p/min can be charged at the drivers discretion)

No food, drink, smoking or vaping is alowed in any of our vehicles. Any Soilage of the vehicles is charged at 100 GBP.
